    Apparently delivering an urgent passport - but saying no one was in - there was - and that 'it was an unsafe commune' to post through letter box, which apparently they can do.     Quite possibly the worst organisation i have come across. I had my passport "fast tracked" 1 week service which was suppose to arrive on Wednesday this week at the latest (18th).     Why is the Passport and Identity office using SMS couriers? I am having to take the rest of the week off work unpaid. What on earth is wrong with using the Royal Mail?

    It took 2 weeks to finally get a successful delivery from these people. Its a good job the tickets were sent out a month in advance. I am sat however at the moment awaiting a delivery for a concert this Friday and pretty much know that they are not going to be able to deliver!
