    My document including Passport were sent back by Sia on my address which according the Sia was delivered by SMS (Special Mail Services) on my address on 19Jan 2009,But I have not received that yet.I don't know where and whom to complain for the loss my documents.

    I have been waiting for a delivery via this courier since the end of January 09. When I telephoned SMS their response was that they have my parcel, it should have been delivered by now but they could not say why it hadn't.     SMS (Special Mail Services) Courier arrived without noticed and left a message while I was in a meeting to say they would wait for 5 minutes - no return phone number, no nothing. I went on to their website and surprise surprise - no phone number.

    I was waiting for a replacement debit card from my back which was ordered on 8 December - after 10 days or so I didn't receive I called the Bank, they then told me they used this hapless courier service for London. Fine I thought, can they deliver at weekends? No. Can they deliver other than 9-5? No ...

    i live above a shop, so we have the same postcode, sms delivered my passport and let somebody that I have no connection or share the same flat to sign for the passport and the person who signed for it lost my new passport! I now have to pay for another one and lost my flight money the worst courier ...

    For my US Visa, I was stuck to using SMS which is settle in the US embassy.They charged me £15 for sending the passport at whatever time in about a week. You can then upgrade to a specific time - price of the upgrade is between £25 and £35.

    Passport has been delivered to wrong address by standard secure delivery without any signing on for delivery! Just put through a letter box!
