You pay SMS extra for 'special' delivery of passport or tickets. Then they go missing. When you query this the answer is they don't require a signature if they feel the property is safe.Therefore you have no proof it was delivered, other than the couriers. Who lets face it could say anything!! ...

SMS (Special Mail Services) Courier are completely unreliable. Do not waste your time and money on them. They do not even attempt to notify you. It is only 2 weeks they were supposed to deliver my bankcard. I wonder why reputable banks actually use them.
