    SMS delivers all UK passports. I hand delivered my application to our local passport office on Tuesday. Imagine my delight when at lunchtime the following Saturday (four days!) it arrived with an SMS courier. What a service.

    I have never heard of SMS (Special Mail Services) Courier before I had the misfortune of them dealing with my credit card. First of all I informed them when I would be in, they seemed to ignore this and deliver on the days I wasn't in.

    I have had to make numerous complaints to credit card companies that I use who use SMS to deliver their cards. Companies such as Abbey have now given the contract to Royal Mail recorded delivery.

    I'm not sure where the SMS (Special Mail Services) Courier Postal Delivery Service sprung from but they seem to be the courier of choice when delivering credit cards and more recently my Open University material.
