    The SMS (Special Mail Services) Courier company had the job of delivering some concert tickets to me at home.     Well, you can't collect items from a depot, so for people who work away from home are stuffed.

    Arranging redelivery by webiste is hit and miss and the telephone service is abysmal.

    Why companies just don't use the tried and trusted Royal Mail is beyond me.

    I was assured my delivery would come on tuesday, it didn't. I phoned. I was again assured my delivery would come on thursday, it didn't. I phoned. I was then assured it would come on friday, it didn't!!! I have a lecture tommorrow and need the books what am I to do??!!!

    SMS delivers all UK passports. I hand delivered my application to our local passport office on Tuesday. Imagine my delight when at lunchtime the following Saturday (four days!) it arrived with an SMS courier. What a service.
