    SMS say they tried to deliver a credit card to me today. They say they rang the bell, but I doubt this as this is the first of many oddly similar attempts they have made.

    I don't like SMS, I've had a bad experience before. I did an OU course and just a week before the course officially started, I *still* hadn't received my mailing. Turned up 48 hrs before course start.

    SMS apparently tried to delivery my passport when I wasn't there, the first I heard of this was when I had a letter through the post - no courier card was left to inform me they had tried to deliver anything or to contact them in any way.

    I am awaiting my new passport. The first thing I knew that a delivery had been attempted by SMS was upon receipt of a letter. The courier had not left a card to indicate the date of the delivery.

    I ordered a couple of model aircraft from Corgi Classics and they use SMS. There was no-one in when they tried to deliver on Thursday so I arranged redelivery for Saturday using the SMS website.
