I have been trying unsuccessfully for 3 days to arrange a collection of my passports for the U.S embassy. I cannot believe how unreliable and shambolic the service is.

    1. I have called 6 times in the last 3 days. On each occasion, the staff have asked for all my details again as they were unable ...

Avoid this company like the plague. Customer service is non existent and goods never arrive. 0 out of 10 in my opinion.

SMS are absolutely hopeless and unfortunantly when you get a visa from the US Embassy you HAVE to use them as the emabassy wont let you return home with your passport! What a con! No online tracking and you hold indefinately on their 0870 national rate 'customer service' "help" line.

SMS (Special Mail Services) Courier - I was supposed to have received Glastonbury tickets, I called to find where they where. Was advised a "calling card was left" there wasn't. When I called to arrange re-delivery, I had to speak to a person that couldn't understand plain English - I have no confid ...

SMS (Special Mail Services) Courier - I too am the victim on an imaginary calling card, and I too was extremely frustrated by the supposed help line on which I had to hold for 23 minutes before speaking to someone who told me they did not know the answer to my query.

This is the third time I have ...

I ordered Glastonbury tickets too, and I had an email saying SMS courier service had tried to deliver them, but there was no answer so they apparently left a card in my letterbox (would like to know how small it is, I can't see it!). I rang to rearrange delivery, inconvenient answerphone, so rang th ...

In my opinion this company is an absolute farce. They seem deceitful and secretive and have absolutely no customer service. It is pot luck whether you will actually receive the goods you have paid for. I am furious that the Passport office would use such an incompetent company to delivery vitally im ...

My family are due to go to France on the 17th June. My 10 week old grandson's passport was allegedly delivered by SMS to his home on the 14th May 2005. It has never been received. SMS have a description on their records of the house to which delivery was made which is not the description of my gr ...

I'm still waiting for my delivery of Glastonbury tickets, having been notified by email of attempted deliveries at home last Friday and Saturday (I was another victim of the imaginary calling card on both occasions) then having finally negotiated the torturous automated redelivery telephone system o ...

This company delivered my child's passport to the WRONG house and now are taking so much time to respond that we may miss our holiday due to there incompetence. The passport office is unable to reissue a passport without trying to retrieve the original.
