    Completed application several times since 21/04/06 but postcode declared invalid. Telephoned PC World and was told to try again as there was a possibility that the website could be down. Sent e-mail but no response. Telephoned again 24/04/06 staff less than helpful.

    I ordered a digital camera (£500) from PC World. It took about one month to get my camera.
    I had called them many times but just wasted my money talking to a machine because I've never been able to talk to a customer support member.
