I bought my DigiFusion FVRT100 hard drive recorder about 3 months ago, and everything was looking fine until about 4 days ago.
I switched on the unit after getting in from work and went to watch a programme I'd recorded the previous night.
When I went to the "recorded programme list" I was ann ...

I bought the DigiFusion FVRT100 hard driver recorder in December 2005 - December 2004, and in that time, the machine has got noisier. Recently (just out of warranty) the set started freezing, and it had to be turned on and off to eventually reset it. 1 year and 4 months after buying it, it will now ...

I did not find it easy to rectify the faults on my DigiFusion FVRT100 hard drive recorder. The support from DigiFusion wasn't too good. They explained what methods to try to unfreeze the machine, but this never worked. I am now left with an unusable machine unless I want to pay another £50 for ...

I've had my DigiFusion FVRT100 hard drive recorder for 14 months, and I have been very patient with DigiFusion. The unit was OK to start with, but it had irritating noises coming from the inside. Then after a few weeks it started to lock up and require disconnection from the mains to get it going. T ...

When I first bought the DigiFusion FVRT100 hard drive recorder early in 2005, I was not very clued up on what to look for. Immediately I was frustrated by the system noise.

My DigFusion FVRT100 hard drive recorder was bought from Dixons at £129.99 in October 2005, and I was very impressed by it. Many other people have said it changed the way they watch TV, and I have to agree. We rarely watch live TV anymore.
I have managed to mod this device with a 120GB hard ...

I bought my DigiFusion FVRT100 hard drive recorder 14 months ago for £149 from Dixons. Initially I was impressed with it all, except the constant excessive disk noise in all modes, including stand by. This however was partially solved by a firmware download a few months ago.
After a few mo ...

When I first bought the DigiFusion Hard Drive recorder and got used to it, I thought it was great. However, it completely froze after one month, and DigiFusion support told me it would have to be replaced.
My second new machine worked for a few months, but it began to slow down and become unusab ...

I bought 2 DigiFusion FVRT100 hard drive recorders! One for us and one for my parents. My parents are on their third box. Ours has just made it to 2 days past the year guarantee and died too.
The firmware was terrible to start with, but to be fair, it has improved with the automated upgrades that ...

The picture quality on the DigiFusion FVRT100 hard drive recorder is amazing compared to that of the Sagem PTVR. I have returned two Sagem boxes because of crackling noises, and the record function didn't work properly on the second box!! The Sagem was easier to use, and the remote was much friendli ...

Hard disk recorders are still very much 'bleeding edge' and there are bound to be a few glitches, sadly.
