Customer service is completely and utterly non existent, however customer service is essential as Fasthosts seem to attract more than the average in terms of system problems. Initially had over 30 domains and websites registered with this shower of s--t company, but over a period of years because of their deteriorating poor service, support and long waiting times on the telephone have moved every damn thing away.
Think long and hard about using them.

When I first started with Fasthosts I admit there were some gliches but over the last couple of years they have developed and I can only recommend them and their help team in Gloucester.

DO NOT touch Fasthosts Reseller. 2 months to get a .tv domain transferred in due to a fault on their system. By the time that happened I got sued by the domain owner and lost virtually everything.

Ridiculously unreliable for shared hosting. Often extended downtimes and technical support aren't interested. The same problems carry on for weeks and weeks and simply aren't dealt with. I can't wait to change hosting company.
