    Normally these guys have been good, but LATELY?? - TERRIBLE!

    A whole day without emails! - unacceptable.
    Like everyone else here, am JUMPING SHIP!

    Don't make a mistake and host your emails with this company until they sort their problems out

    Fasthosts are clearly the worst RESELLER provider for internet and email. We have over 70 clients web and email accounts set up on our reseller account and have received over 40 telephone complaints about there emails being down again!!!!

    Yet a again a whole day without an email service with them blaming one of their 'third party suppliers'. How about you do it all yourself then or just give up.     Been with Fasthosts since I set my company up in July.

    I have had nothing but problems. If you report them to Fasthosts you get to a non-UK call centre who either dont give a damn or help you at all.

    A good firm until the sale. Since then the Gloucester based support team has been replaced by one in Romania & (?) Manilla. Hopeless. Mail down all day today, again (yawn). When you do get through you are told that nobody else has had a problem!

    Once again the email service at Fasthosts is non-operational. I have several large companies within the shipping and transport sectors and email is their preferred mathod of transacating business.

    Poor reliability....apalling customer service ( that is when you finally get through their auto routing telephone systems and the 10 min plus waiting/holding time only to be told they are busy and phoneback later !!).
    Will move my company domain and email elsewhere.
