“Website hosting”

I have been a client of titan internet now for over 20 years. It's very rare I have had a issue with my hosting but every time the support from the technical team has been first rate, fast usually within a few hours of my question being raised. Evenings and weekend not a problem. They have always provided a positive solution. Responses have been in plain English so easy for me to understand and follow. Polite and understanding. When first setting up the sites, I received detailed information allowing me to make changes. When transferring from other providers to titan they offered a hand holding service making it easy to follow. I always recommend them to my own clients and they are my first choice. Correct price for names and hosting.

“The Best IT Support You Can Get”

I have been using Titan for over ten years to host my site amnd they make life so, so easy for me and are always positive and always resolve any problems, upgrades and/or renewals with t he minimum of fuss but maximum outcomes. I have not come across this before in all my IT experience!

The support staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They couldn't do enough to help and never made me feel I was being stupid or asking silly questions. I felt that I could contact them for any support issue without feeling I was being a burden.

“Support is SO SLOW I've moved all my services out”

When Titan Internet started they were an awesome small company. They've been taken over or merged or whatever with someone bigger. Now it's an utter joke. Every single time I have a question or problem and log a support ticket it takes days or weeks to sort out. They don't know what packages I have, they've mis-sold me packages that I've then had to prove was incorrect and get a refund. There's never any apologies, people are slow to reply. I'm now moving the last few of my web hosting, email hosting and domain names away from them, despite being with Titan for over 15 years. I would never, ever recommend this company as they have the worst support and attitude I've ever seen. AVOID.

I have had few problems but when they do occour, support staff on phone or by email are always ready to help. The "take ownership" of the problem and stay with it until solved.I have never found them anything but helpful and pleasant.

I have been with Titan for 7 years and have always found that their service is really reliable an there support is prompt really helpful i would have no problem recommending them for either personal or business use particularly after dealing with on of their American passed competitors who where frankly dreadful.

“Great Support amnd Exelent Service”

What can I say about Titan Internet. Their hosting is second to none, and their service should get more than five stars. It starts with the sales service, where no question is seen as too silly or trivial. But you might say that is where they get the customers. They keep the customers through the service, which does everything you want it to do without being unduly difficult, and if you need help that is just a few mouse clicks away. The support staff are happy to answer any question you have, and you actually get a named person who replies and the feeling that the replies are not from a script, but from someone who has read and understood your question(s). To give you an example, they will actually recommend a cheaper version of something, if that fits your needs as much as the more expensive one, and I do not know many companies who do this. This is why I say that Titan Internet have the best service around. They may not be a 'big name' in hosting, but having used some of those I know who I choose and will continue to choose

“I can Trust Titan! ”

Titan checked with me that my DNS amend request from another company was correct as it would mean the website would go down. I can trust Titan to be intelligent and challenge requests rather than just implement requests. I've used them for over 12 years!

“Communication with clients is not their strong point”

Yes, Titan can give you a website and a few email accounts. But you get only two types of communication from them once you are registered: your bill and endless emails offering new web suffixes. As a small business I really need three main things from Titan: 1) steady reliable web / email service 2) for Titan to provide an easily accessible helpdesk for problems 3) for Titan to communicate with me as a customer anything that is relevant to the regular and smooth running of my technology, such as ICANN registrations, server moves, outages etc. Unfortunately 3) is beyond Titan, if there is an outage or a server move you just find out because things aren't working. No warning and rarely any idea when things will be back to normal. You have to work it out yourself. But the helpdesk is better than it was.

“Speaking our language”

We are a small hotel with no in-house technical department to look after our website and e-mail systems, both of which are the life lines to our business. Keeping up with the times and solving technical issues without any computer language skills can therefor be very difficult for us. This is not the case with Titan, fortunately. The staff listen, investigate and respond quickly. They are real people who know what they are talking about and who have the patience to talk to us without using the tech jargon they would normally use with other professionals in their field. This is a rare quality today. Titan has taken excellent care of our business for more than ten years and we have every confidence in them wether you are a small business or a large organisation.

This has to be a joke - since being bought out by IOMART Titan internet are a truly awful company providing horrible, horrible customer service. We left them after they increased our hosting charges to over £1,500 a year from a few hundred.

I had been having problems with email addressed to me not arriving. Some companies could not get any email to me. I contacted TITAN support. They tried a number of things and eventually came up with a solution. When I ran into difficulties implementing the solution, the continued support by email and phone until things were working correctly. At all times they were polite and really trying to help. “I'm a cautious buyer - give me time to think”

Following up a genuine enquiry regarding getting a new website up and running, (after some initial confusion) the person I spoke to appeared a little too eager to "close the sale" - whereas I appreciate a little more time to consider the full range of options rather than rushing headlong into making a decision. With regard to purchasing, I am a "reflector/theorist" rather than an "activist": it would be wise for (sales) staff to recognise the different dispositions of potential customers. I still have a number of queries that I will be pursuing - but the likelihood is that I will be purchasing a website package from Titan. Just give me time and space. If the product is any good (and it certainly appears to fit the bill) it will sell itself.

Best advice is to learn great patience. Titan would try the patience of a saint, based on long years of experience. Sadly, the last year or so has seemed much longer than all the previous years combined.
