“The WORST customer service EVER”

After spending over 3 hrs on hold and repeating myself 10 times I received absolutely NO customer service at all. I talked to two different "supervisors" and no one offered any help to my simple problem. “Appalling customer care”

Problems with shuttle from airport to hotel. Expedia told me I might have to wait 3 hours. Attitude was very much not their problem. Further compounded by response when I asked them to check out the return shuttle that they tried to contact the local,office, could not get through, and so have just dumped the problem back with me. “Charged for a trip I never received confirmation for!”

On July 13, I booked a trip for Chicago, August 9th weekend. I did not receive a confirmation email so I called back on July 16 to get the information and was told by Expedia that there was NO record of a trip being booked. I book a hotel on line thru Expedia.Expedia policy is you can cancel reservations 24 hrs after making the reservations and your card will not be charged, but they failed to inform that the Budget Inn in Eastern Shore Va, could still charge you for one night for not taking the room 5 minutes after seeing the room.We canceled the room in 40 minutes. My wife and i booked our family vacation travel yesterday for Mazatlan, MX. Upon receiving our itinerary, we saw that the agent completely spelled some of our names incorrectly. I booked my vacation on June 26th 2013 the receipt was sent same day. I also received a confirmation on June 28th 2013. This confirmation said that "You do not need to reconfirm any of the information provided below." Never ever again will I use Expedia. They booked a flight for me and told me my luggage would be checked in the entire time between my connecting flights, however when I arrived at the airport the airline told me the luggage was not connecting and had to reschedule my entire flight to a much longer and cheaper one. “No invoice for booking”

I made two hotel bookings in the UK, all went fine until I asked for invoices, they keep telling me they are on there way. However I have not received them and after several calls, they still have not sent them. Are they paying their taxes, because i can see no other reasons for not supplying an invoice. a word of a wise. always call hotel directly to confirm your revervation through any 3rd party booking agents such as Expedia and such. After driving 3.5 hours from Houston to Corpus Christi and tried to check in Omni hotel by Corpus christi bay, we found out that hotel has no reservation for us!!!. My Uncle and I booked two flights to Prague from the U.S. and a hotel for 6 days through Expedia. We had some problems at O'Hare airport in Chicago as the kiosk would not let us check-in as our flight(s) could not be found, but one of the agents eventually figured it out and got us on our scheduled and booked flights. Tried to book a package but it kept saying my credit card was invalid. Kept entering it until I called the card company. They said that there were 4 charges going through. Come to find out that the message regarding the card should have been about the hotel not being available on one of the 3 nights. Booked a Hotel in Egypt through Expedia. A few days in to our holiday it was bought to our attention by the Hotel that they had not recieved a payment from Expedia for our booking. “Unhelpful, Greedy Company. Avoid at all costs.”

I booked a hotel via expedia and managed to somehow accidentally book the wrong date. Once I realised my mistake I tried to get the date changed. I was told it was not possible and that I would be charged in full. They were completely unhelpful, and could not even offer me a 5% refund on a significant sum of money as a goodwill gesture.
