“A huge inconvience and unsatisfactory experience”

When I was booking my trip, I specifically asked for a room for a total of four adults and the travel agent said he would book the four adults in one bedroom, when we arrive at our destination he had only booked two adults. Such a huge inconvienence!! I was expecting he would book as he was told. I booked my first Holiday abroad with expedia. It was one of their package Holidays to Italy. It included the flight, hotel and rental car. We were told the car would be at the airport. This was not the case and we had to travel on a minibus to the car rental place.When we went to receive our car, we were refused it as we had no credit card! “Expedia Terrible Customer Service -Intimidation and Fraud”

In trying to book travel with Expedia.com, I had to reenter traveler info that the system had stored from prior flights and had pulled up on the screen before requiring edits to the existing traveler info, then I selected seats and paid. “Poor front-line service”

Expedia is a good web site. But the front-line service is not up to the standard. Expedia has "Best Price Guarantee" policy. Basically, it would match pricing with other lower offers within 24 hours of your purchasing. That is where I have poor experience recently. “Rewards points rip off”

“Horrible ”

Not only did expedia mess up my reservation and leave me stranded without a room (they cancelled my reservation because they booked me at an overbooked hotel and did not notify me but the charge was still processed)they did not keep their word on the compensation they promised me. i had to cancel a flight in December 2012. they told me that the refund would be processed within 6 weeks. i heard nothing from them, so chased week 7 then week 8. eventually I had to contact the airline (Emirates), who refunded the full amount to Expedia.
