Booked a flight to and from Houston using two different carriers. My outbound flight was canceled in October but I did not know this till I called to verify something three days before I was to travel. There were no reasonably priced tickets to Houston because of spring break so that then forced me to cancel my return flight since I was going to have to drive. “Expedia is poop”

My wife and I used Expedia in September 2015 for a single night hotel stay. Afterward we noticed the dates had changed to a 12 day stay a week or so after we left. Expedia took 1700.00 out of our discover card account. We cancelled the reservation and fought with Expedia for 6 months to get a refund. The time any service provider shows it's true colours is when things go wrong. When things went wrong with a hotel booking I made through Expedia they did the opposite to what might be expected of a service provider,they made it worse.
