    I feel Expedia has bad customer services. The price of the holiday dropped by £300 and we were told that we cant have it back unless we cancel and rebook, at great risk to the reservations. Do not book through expedia. you have been warned!

    Expedia.co.uk's website Looks nice and proffesional. I have found that they charge high fees, hotel rates are to high. They say the are cheap but they are not, read the "small letters" before you book

    Expedia's site is a joy to use. If you can find your way around the error pages that pop up every 15 minutes. It seems that the website still needs a few bug fixes!

    Expedia has bad customer service. Once you paid in full by credit card, they take several months to refund, lots of phone calls and faxes needed to be sent to proof that no refund was issued back to credit card.
