I have not flown with Zoom as they cancelled my flight - twice! Call centre staff friendly and efficient. It seems at these prices you don't get what you pay for.

Changed the day of our flights on 2 separate occasions. Which led to a number of increased costs,the second change after we had booked and paid for our Hotel in New York. No offer of any form of compensation apart from a bigger seat!

Comfortable seats in premium economy, cabin crew were excellent kept feeding us every hour!, flight left London on time to jfk. Would use zoom again as good service and low prices. If you are paying for premium seats - we should have been let on first both in Gatwick & New York

If you do fly with Zoom don't fly cattle class even if you waste your money paying for extra legroom, its very uncomfortable. You wont be disappointed with Zooms excuses for delayed flights they are very good but not their fault of course. If your going to Canada try Canadian affair on the Internet ...

I think the office staff that deal with complaints are trained to play people along then cut the communication. We did all we were told to do by Zoom, which involved emailing them telling our side in detail, then we were just cut off as if they were too bored to bother anymore. There is no one deali ...

Not too bad - cannot afford the others - now out of my price affordabilty now. Fare prices - the only one I can give good points too. Seats not comfortable for Premium Service Food less than averageCabin crew somewhat inexperiencedExtra stops not appreciated - 7 hours is long enough

Zoom Airlines were very nice staff and help me a lot with my little boy. Good price, I can permit my self to visit my family every year thank you. I can not think of any bad points. They were very nice staff and help me a lot with my little boy.

Use extreme caution with this airline - not recommended. My flight out of Toronto was delayed by 13 hours due to a maintenance problem with the elderly aircraft. The scheduled flight would have got me to London in the daytime when I could get a train to my destination right away. Zomm's delay left m ...

Nice to have a service to N America avoiding London. Flights on time & had no problems. Would recommend based on this experience. Decent in-flight entertainment. Worth selecting seats in advance for a small fee.
