We picked up our car at Heathrow and dropped it off at Liverpool Airport. When we went to Enterprise, really, there had to be a camera somewhere, everyone was so friendly, helpful and professional, not something we usually experience at Heathrow! Very smooth pick up of the car and when we got to Liverpool, dropping off the car was nothing less than simplicity! “Terrible, DO NOT USE 121 CAR HIRE, "ruined our holiday"”

Booked a hire car from Bari (not so near the airport), once we arrived at the so called firefly office we were met with the rudest man with an aggressive attitude, to cut a long story short he blocked 1500 euros from our credit card and insisted we pay him 96 euros for extra insurance, although I had already paid for 0 excess. “Beware "We are a very ethical company"”

I rented a car from the Plympton depot, to pick our son up from Heathrow, the handover was bizarre. As soon as we got there, the car was quickly washed and whilst still wet the handover commenced. The representative went to great pains to state how ethical they were!, that all the dents and scratches were fine as it was smaller thier gauge. Exactly same situation with me, the headquarter never replied my complain letter, they took my money off the bank without my consent. Very very upset, seeing the enterprise car makes me sick

“Hope you don't get a flat...”

My Enterprise rental car got a flat tyre. I could not find a spare tyre in the car.... because there is NO spare tyre in the car... which of course no one ever told me about. This new young team are have been brilliant in the way they have handeled my van hire. “Super efficient and helpful”

Having rented a car for our visit, my husband ended up in hospital. I had to organise adding, then changing drivers and extending the length of the hire. “My car was damaged by third party while it was parked...”

“Poor after service”

“Enterprise Tonypandy Branch”

Booked online a van hire for 4 days monday to friday. Went to collect from the Tonypandy branch and dealt with a very polite and professional sales person. Everything was explained clearly to me and time taken with to ensure i understood everything. Was taken to van and offered to inspect it which i did. “Beware the hidden extra”

I booked, by 'phone, a van for one day at the Hamilton branch. When booking, and having been quoted an attractive price, I asked "was everything included, were there any other charges?". I was informed that everything was included. Imagine my surprise then when having arrived to collect the van and paid the bill I was informed that I was liable for a £1400 excess if the vehicle was involved in a collision regardless of fault. “Dishonest”

Enterprise car rentals on Union Street in Opelousas, Louisiana. I would not even rate it a one star except the vehicle itself was great. My sister reserved a standard suv for me online. When I was picked up in a Yukon, I thought it was only for pick up. After returning to my home several times to get documents the rep said I needed, I was then told that I could not use a debit card even though the website lists it as a means of payment. I wasn't able to rent a car due to not having enough money in my bank, but despite that the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, they let me sit in their office until my sister could come pick me up, and I even got a cup of tea! “Cannot recommend - dishonest”

I was allocated a rental car after an insurance claim (not my fault) was made. I was given a car which was far from perfect ie, scuffed and had a nasty dent in one of the doors and smelt of cigarette smoke. The car was also overdue a service. “Cant deliver on time”

They continually deliver late and have today, 10 minutes before the delivery time, phoned me to tell me that two of their staff had "just left the office" to drive the 26 miles to Winchester to go fetch me a car. “Hopeless”

I hired a car and while parked in a hotel car park somebody pushing a trolley scratched the bumper slightly. Returned it to the Warrington centre and the guy was going to sign it off until I pointed out small scratch. He took £500 off me to cover 'repairs' and warned me that he should be taking £1000 to cover costs. Do you have the power to actually address this, or is this merely a cosmetic exercise to lessen the impact of the review on readers? If customer service were genuinely important to you, why would you have taken £500 to repair a small scratch then refuse to let me know how long it would take to repair it (assuming you do) and then holding on to my money for a projected month and a half? This happened three weeks ago and I've had no communication at all. I presume the car is being used in the meantime.

“horrendous hire company”

“Surprise party”

We arranged to hire a car as we only have a small one to travel up north for a party. The web site was easy to navigate and the booking was easy. The Ferndown staff were really customer focused and the car was brand new with unlimited mileage. Returning the car was just as smooth and they dropped us home at no extra cost.
