    I am like 2 tweekies shy of 400 lbs and I have been using Instant Abs for 6 months now every day but Sunday for no less than 20 minutes a day. I am very pleased with the results as I have lost 7 lbs and average 1 pound a month which is great for me considering I have not had to alter my horrible eat ...

    Instant Abs - This machine is so easy to use it's a doddle. After trying bikes, treadmills etc- this is the ONE! It's repetitive but you feel like you're really working your thighs, buttocks and belly area. It's so handy to store as it folds up, so it's never far away and when you get a few minutes ...

    I should start by saying I'm a bit of an exercise addict. I got my six pack last year and, call me vain, I want to keep it!
    The Instant Abs machine is quite simple to use. It came in a flat box and it just unfolds and the seat/foot rest screws in and voila!
