    The car was what I ordered - no more, no less. Administration fees for paying a penalty notice - 30 pounds, plus VAT. Hertz did not supply details of the offence until they had been requested several times. Invoice notices were sent late (leading to a repeat of the offence) and 2 from 3 were not a ...

    We rented a car from Hertz on May, 9th 2008 at Derry City Airport. We returned the car on May, 12th at the agreed time and location.     We picked up our car at Hertz Schiphol airport in Amsterdam.
    The car was parked extremely close to the other rentals cars in a very dark multi-storey car park.

    Hertz Belfast, the service was bad. We were told we had arrived too early to collect the car (30 minutes) and if we wanted a car straight away it would be extra, so we waited and then were told the internet booking did not include any insurance and it would be an extra £30 a day.     1. It was very unfriendly in the Belfast airport car rental office
    2. In my opinion they charged as much as they could even though the damage was not the customer's fault
    3. They did not reply to enquiries.
    I would not recommend you book any car from the hertz car rental in Belfast
