My daughter is currently living in turkey so i sent her a suitcase on the 6th of november 2015 they said it would take 5-7 days! we are now on the 23rd and still no sign of bag. “Only complaints never thanks”

As a Parcelforce driver I am shocked that the only customers who write a review are those with a complaint. On average 60 percent of the customers we deliver to are out but none of these take the time to thank us for knocking on numerous neighbours doors in an attempt to take in their parcel. “Late, Unhelpful, Passing the buck!!!”

With the exception of a lady in the Edinburgh Office I have found the Parcelforce experience to be unreliable and unhelpful. Such is the poor service they provide it inconveniences both the customer receiving goods and I have no doubt tarnishes the reputation of small business who decide to opt for this company. “No-show and Terrible Customer Service”

Ordered Express 24 service. They were supposed to deliver on Saturday and they didn't, the tracking history shows that they didn't even attempt delivery. The history was updated at 12:48, 18 minutes after the depot's closing time so I couldn't possibly call _them_. Someone suggested I use Parcelforce to pick up an item I bought on Ebay, unfortunately I followed his advice without reading the reviews first. I thought being as well known as they are they can't be that bad ( I didn't even fathom that they could be bad at all). I booked the misleadingly called 48 hours service which isn't a 48 hours service if they pick up on a Thursday, they charge extra for Saturday delivery and don't deliver on Sundays at all. Paid for 24 hr service, didn't arrive then wanting extra money for redelivery. Deliver at ridiculous times with no notice basically whenever they feel like...never leaving a card.....helpful. Company is a joke I will have to collect my large heavy package manually and pay for a taxi home as they are completely incompetent. Will never use again.... Parcelforce are without doubt useless, customer service is appalling, delivery times are not kept, for a service (joke !) that charges premium prices it delivers chronicle bad and 3rd world service throughout. The depot staff are rude and unhelpful, the computer system fails to give accurate locations and seldom are deliveries made as per the 24 or 48 hour CONTRACTED times. WASTE OF SPACE !!!! “Not fit for purpose”

Driver did not deliver to local post office when I was not in. took back to Depot 40 miles away and expected me to collect. I phone and they said that they would phone me back, never did. still has not arrived after 9 weeks. Got my money back off sender for product but not the postage. Parcel Force fail in everything they should do to deliver a parcel to me! “WORST DELIVERY EXPERIENCE EVER”

If I could give Parcel Force ZERO stars I would - the service is absolutely appalling!! First of all I paid for 48HR guarantee, took time off work and waited for my package - only to find out it wasn't EVEN ATTEMPTED within the 48HR time frame. When I called them they couldn't even give an answer as to why it wasn't attempted OR even a simple apology. “Dreadful service!”

Pure red tape. Their online redelivery system does not work and they never get back to you. You pay all this money for delivery and then you still need to go pick up from their depot if you are unfortunate enough to not be there at an unscheduled time. I ordered an item from a website and parcelforce were supposed to be delivering it. I used their online tracker and saw that 2 days later (yesterday) it said that they had attempted a delivery at my address but I was home at the time they allegedly called and nobody knocked on the door, nor did they leave a card. I recently had the misfortune to be on the receiving end of a delivery from parcel force. They put a card through the door advising me that my parcel was left at my local post office which turned out to be one and a half miles away, although I have a post office within walking distance of my home. Where do I begin to describe 'Medway' Parcelforce in Kent? How about a list of words which sum up their performance? Abysmal, dire, appalling , disinterested, ignorant, rude; I could go on for hours but you get the idea. Whilst I haven't had the privilege of having something delivered by medway parcel force (mainly because they fail to accomplish such a mean feat) I am sure that their staff are hard working at hardly working. I am interested in hearing more about this cow pat theory however as cow pats provide a gathering place for flies they could be seen as somewhat useful. Therefore, might I suggest that a black hole system be substituted as it may be more in keeping with the service provided by the companies call centres....

This goes beyond poor customer service, after requesting a Saturday Delivery it is now 3 times they have failed to deliver my Parcel.
