“Insufficient address and adverse weather”

Two reasons given for non delivery in the last 8 days even though a parcel was delivered by them last week...albeit 48 hours late! The address is our correct full postal address....what else do they need being part of Royal Mail Group! As I live in the Midlands I am not clear what the adverse weather was.....we certainly didn't notice it. Perhaps they don't like rain. “Inefficient, Uncaring, Unresponsive ”

In the last two weeks ParcelForce have managed not to deliver two parcels to us. On both occasions, they have been left at the Post Office for collection. We know that no attempt was made to deliver the parcels to our address as someone is always at home. The first time, no card was left. “Totally Useless And Don't Care.”

Booked and paid to send a parcel with Parcel force and took it to 2 separate Post Offices who refused to accept it claiming it was too large and both said go to a major Post Office. Complained to the CEO via email,asked why and suggested collection. He of course didn't reply but got one of the minions to do so. Took ages for a reply and he made claims that parcel wasn't refused and that it arrived at Post Office too late for collection that day. “Extra paid insurance appears to be pointless as claim...”

Our business had to send our computer server from Scotland to England for an upgrade, the server was only a few years old. We sent it by Parcelforce 48 and it was received by our IT company in good condition. Our IT company also used Parcelforce 48 to return the server to us. Upon receipt after opening the package, the computer was damaged on the outside, upon inspection on the inside of the server, the motherboard, CPU and heat sink were all damaged beyond repair. “Better strap your mail to a wild coyote”

About a month ago my parcel was deliberately left at a strangers house and has gone missing. A while back I actually received my mail but it was damaged en route. Usually deliver at noon on a weekday, when nobody ever is home. Customer service is the worst I've seen in a while. Sometimes they don't even ring the doorbell. Never call on the phone. “The excremental delivery service”

Waited in all day and evening. Got a text saying they would deliver in 90 mins, they didn't. At 5.30pm I annoyingly looked on their website to try and track it which said there had been a failed attempt to deliver. I looked at the time; I had been there!!!! And there had been no delivery. “Worthless company.”

I had a package sent to me from the USA. It cost me $100 shipping. I waited for it for 6 weeks, finally checked with the US post office to see what was up. Apparently it was being RETURNED back to the US because it had arrived a month ago and I had not come to the Delivery Office to collect it. “PARCELFORCE WORST COURIER SERVICE IN UK”

I order items regularly from the US into the UK and unfortunately because the US sender uses USPS (American Postal Service) to dispatch items, those items always come into the UK via Parcelforce. There are usually customs charges on the items ordered. Because I became aware that Parcelforce posts out 'request for customs charge payments' very late I always track my items actively and always know once they reach my local Parcel depot and awaiting customs charge payments. So far in three occasions parcel force has lied regarding the delivery of the parcels.They did not even leave the cards. In one occasion we were at home the parcel was not delivered. When i rang the depot and queried and they were almost accused me of not telling the truth regarding being at home or receiving the cards. Finding a decent delivery company is tough, but these guys are just a joke. I just can't comprehend the incompetence - usually it's the drivers who mess up or don't actually bother delivering stuff when they say they've tried. “Do not use these incompetents”

After 3 days of being unable to deliver our parcel, the tracking suddenly shows that the item had been delivered and signed for. Except that it hadn't been delivered, and the signature (squiggly line) wasn't from any of us. It finally arrived the next day, after 4 days, even though it was sent using Express 24. “The most inefficient delivery service in the UK”

Parcelforce must be the most inefficient delivery service in the UK. They have failed four times to deliver. I am effectively paying money for a non-service. Their helpdesk suggested I came to their regional depot at Basingstoke, an 80 mile round trip at my expense. That's laughable service. Never use Parcelforce. Probably the worst service I've ever had from any courier. Had an item dispatched to myself via their Express 48 service on Wednesday, which was guaranteed to arrive the following day.
