they fail, over and over. I have absolutely zero faith in any aspect of their business. These numbers mean absolutely nothing: 24. 48. What do they refer to, days? No. The parcel never gets delivered on time. And until it actually arrives at its destination there is no knowing where it might be. “They NEVER redeliver. Deliver to me not the Post Office!!!”

Parcelforce do not provide the service paid for by the sender. They NEVER redeliver if you are out. It is company policy for the drivers to leave at a Post Office on their route, they don't care if it isn't your nearest one. What is the point of leaving a card to say you can arrange re-delivery if you can't. This is a POOR service, it is not a delivery service if the recipient has to get in a car and fetch it. after buying an item online this company comes out of no-ware and adds £30 to my order for no reason. i did not ask for Parcel force to touch my items but they did anyway and this costs me money. i am annoyed at a company that does what it whats to cheat people out of money. this company should be looked into by HRMC because its overcharging the public for items that they already paid delivery for. “they sell a service they can't deliver, rubbish service”

I paid for 24 hour delivery and here we are 5 days later and still has not be delivered, all customer services say is 'it's not been lost and you can claim'. No use to me I needed this package delivered. I have just completed an online claim form but I am not optimistic that this will not be dealt with any more efficiently. “Avoid like the plague”

Awful service, waited in all day for a delivery that never came, and this is after paying for Saturday express delivery. Even worse is the total lack of customer care, an infuriating automated helpline is no use or help whatsoever to sort out an issue of their making, especially when the online tracking system is not updated either. “Totally diabolical”

3 out of the last 4 times now that my family has been sent something using Parcelforce we're still waiting 10 days later. Watching the tracking once again the problem's at Milton Keynes where i can see it's been forwarded to the wrong depot and back again 3 times. How can such a pattern repeat itself? “Totally Useless.”

I sent a package from Canada to Scotland. It arrives and there are 60 pounds in charges? More than twice the cost of sending it and a third of the declared value? Simply robbery. When asked they reply its customs and they can't do anything about it. Express24...takes longer than 24 hours, I took a day off work to wait for a delivery then never even bothered to do, even though it's supposed to be next day deliver. “Insufficient address and adverse weather”

Two reasons given for non delivery in the last 8 days even though a parcel was delivered by them last week...albeit 48 hours late! The address is our correct full postal address....what else do they need being part of Royal Mail Group! As I live in the Midlands I am not clear what the adverse weather was.....we certainly didn't notice it. Perhaps they don't like rain. “Inefficient, Uncaring, Unresponsive ”

In the last two weeks ParcelForce have managed not to deliver two parcels to us. On both occasions, they have been left at the Post Office for collection. We know that no attempt was made to deliver the parcels to our address as someone is always at home. The first time, no card was left. Booked and paid to send a parcel with Parcel force and took it to 2 separate Post Offices who refused to accept it claiming it was too large and both said go to a major Post Office. Complained to the CEO via email,asked why and suggested collection. He of course didn't reply but got one of the minions to do so. Our business had to send our computer server from Scotland to England for an upgrade, the server was only a few years old. We sent it by Parcelforce 48 and it was received by our IT company in good condition. Our IT company also used Parcelforce 48 to return the server to us. Upon receipt after opening the package, the computer was damaged on the outside, upon inspection on the inside of the server, the motherboard, CPU and heat sink were all damaged beyond repair. “Better strap your mail to a wild coyote”

About a month ago my parcel was deliberately left at a strangers house and has gone missing. A while back I actually received my mail but it was damaged en route. Usually deliver at noon on a weekday, when nobody ever is home. Customer service is the worst I've seen in a while. Sometimes they don't even ring the doorbell. Never call on the phone. Waited in all day and evening. Got a text saying they would deliver in 90 mins, they didn't. At 5.30pm I annoyingly looked on their website to try and track it which said there had been a failed attempt to deliver. I looked at the time; I had been there!!!! And there had been no delivery. I had a package sent to me from the USA. It cost me $100 shipping. I waited for it for 6 weeks, finally checked with the US post office to see what was up. Apparently it was being RETURNED back to the US because it had arrived a month ago and I had not come to the Delivery Office to collect it. “PARCELFORCE WORST COURIER SERVICE IN UK”

I order items regularly from the US into the UK and unfortunately because the US sender uses USPS (American Postal Service) to dispatch items, those items always come into the UK via Parcelforce. There are usually customs charges on the items ordered.
