First Choice sold the Hotel on the website as being 4 star. It turned out to be a boring shabby place with tasteless food. We had to pay 140 euros xtra for a room uppgrade and ate out instead of using the horrible restaurant half board which we also paid for!

The hotel was full of children, most of them crying and screaming up to midnight. Running along the corridors after every one is in bed. This was not a relaxing holiday for us with all this going on.

Booked holiday with First Choice to Las Vegas told no stop flight to Vegas. When we eventually got tickets said nothing about stop over only found out about stopover by going to Delta Airlines web site which told us the flight stopped over in Cincinnati for 2.45min. Good food, comfortable seats, big selection of movies and shows to watch. First Choice is a good company the meals were nice and I would travel with them again. Bad points, none.

Just returned fron CUBA. The hotel was stated to be 5 star. More like 3 star. Was very disappointed. Food was poor the same choice every day. soft drinks, full of soda.

Overall we were very disappointed with First Choice, although hotel was very nice (Viva Blue, Majorca) the walls are paper thin so not much sleep!
