    Went to Lapland with first choice. I would not recommend under any circumstance. Not magical and Santa arrives at a dinner and my 3 year old had to wait until 10.17 at night and was too tired to go near him. Taster sessions lasted average of 50 seconds each.

    The flights outbound and inbound were excellent and both flights arrived ahead of schedule, the cabin crew provided excellent service and were very jolly and helpful, unlike some flights I have been on with BA and the awful Virgin Atlantic.I usually try to fly scheduled flights whenever possible but ...

    Booking holiday very easy, reps on resort brilliant, check in and transfers brilliant, extra leg room good.     We experienced a terrible delay on the way and were not told the reasons for it/given updates.
