after waiting sometime for item it finely came and it was not the right item and it looked like someone else's item that had been returned after phoning the company and getting them to take it back I was still sent a bill and credit charge for something I did not have then after month still sent a bill with the price of two item and charge's more emails and phone calls I got the item I should have got a couple of days later they after more phone calls put the price of item credit to my account… Read Full Review

“terrible customer service”

Have a been a customer for a number of years, I have been waiting for 5 nearly 6 months for 1 item of a solar and metal birdfeeder, having called them 3 times and they have gave me 3 different dates of when it will be in stock but to no avail still not got it, all i get is excuses. Absolutely fed up. Been a customer for years. Placed an order - they emailed to say an item wouldn't come till 24th October. Another email - not till beginning November. Another email, not till end of November. Another email cancelled order. No explanations. In Response I have sent four emails to customer service asking for clarification of the date and the fact I've paid for the item, they gladly took my money - not one reply. Just rude. “Charged not delivered.”

After 4 weeks I was charged for full order. One item never received, after 7 weeks had a letter saying it would be delivered in 3 weeks time. 3 weeks after that date still had not arrived. I telephoned. Cancelled item told my account will be credited in 5 days. I do not want my account to be in credit . I will not order from them ever again. I had a studio account for several years. In june 2014 I separated from husband and moved house.Around September i wanted to order from Studio but didn't hsve any paper work with my account number on as left it at previous address. I rang studio after exhausting looking through old emails to try and find something from Studio that may of had my account number on. I recently ordered 2 items that were advertised on the leaflet i received through the post as qualifying for free postage if i spent £20 or more...I duly did this yet received a bill with £4.99 postage added, which i am finding impossible to get removed....The only contact numbers for this company are chargeable 0344 or 0371 numbers, and you will be kept waiting in a queue for a long time....Ive emailed customer service on numerous occasions explaining the issue and have had only 1 reply in 7… Read Full Review

I did not find this company very user friendly tried ordering on line what a hassle and stress shall not be bothering again with Studio would have been quicker to make the items myself the time it took me to go through the forms don't have problems with any other orders on line. Summary of my most recent correspondence: I contacted them on the 19th April 2015 to complain about a faulty clothes airer. I was then contacted on the 20th April 2015 to confirm that a collection had been arranged and it would take one working day. I waited in all day on the 21st April 2015 and nobody came to collect the parcel. They use myhermes for delivery's / collections you can see on this site how good they are, as for studio well if they are ignoring you perhaps its time to go elsewhere and ignore them, how they expect to grow and develop there sales as this is not a good way to go, and word is soon spreading about all these company's they seem to think they are still in the 90's where bad customer service can hardly be spread they do not realise it only takes a few mins on sites like this to publicly shame them!

“worst company ever”

This company has to be one of the worst i have dealt with, i ordered 4 items 2 where not in stock and then they would not let me cancel the order. if you have the same issue this advice may help there current terms and condition under cancelation is: You may withdraw your order at any time prior to despatch. Once an item has been despatched, you must take delivery of it but you may still return it as set out below. update, 22/3 they did not respond but refunded postage 23/03 good came - 24/03 refunded the price of the goods,

not contacted me in direct answers to my questions, just quiet refunded me and hope i go away and don't report them to trading standards, clearly i will not be bought off for a £11 quid order all in

report to trading standards will follow they know the law, and they clearly have issues in sticking too them

“Shocking service”

Awful service, ordered an item on Jan 3rd, Yodel say they have not received the item and as such it has not / can not be delivered. For some reason, even though Yodel, the delivery company employed by 24Studio​ say it has not been delivered, I need to also sign a declaration that I have not received the item and return it (which I have done, but they have 'apparently' not received) before it can even start to be investigated and my money refunded or item finally sent out. “Poor Customer Service”

I used to love shopping in studio catalogue but never again I purchased a fibre optic tree which was used for approx 3-4 weeks It was then stored in original box in loft till next christmas when it went up again but i noticed it was only lighting up red i checked the bulb but it was welded in so i contacted studio and got no reply for 4 weeks so emailed again took 3 more weeks to reply then they informed me it was over 12 months old so non returnable THATS WHY THEY DELAYED REPLYING TO FIRST… Read Full Review

Until recently I was a long standing customer. They don't bother to answer emails nor do they read them. I eventually got a reply after 12 days. By then it was too late. I placed an order that was estimated to arrive in 4 weeks,but within 2-3 days of the order being charged to my account there it sat for a further 10 days "Awaiting Despatch". This company is poor, Poor, POOR. Stay away at all costs. I returned a faulty toaster, at my own expense, without informing them first. This led to a delay in processing the return, me underpaying and them not being bothered to tell me that what I'd paid was incorrect. End result - I have ended up with a debt showing on the Credit Reference Agencies all because they cannot answer e-mails for weeks on end. “Still awaiting delivery!”

Ordered a Chiminea set earlier this month and got an email on 5th stating that my parcel had been dispatched and would be with me by latest 9th January. Husband stayed in everyday…nothing. Tracked my delivery and have found it was sitting in a Service Centre in Northampton and had been delayed!!!!
