Hotel a shambles, rules, none adhered to. Too many people allowed to drink buckfast and vodka round the pool shows at night. A farce, people come straight from beach to dining room. Lifts never work, reps not interested in any problems. People allowed to shout swear and play football in hall at 4, 5 ...

Was a brilliant holiday and I would definitely go back to this same hotel if I was going back to Magaluf again. Maids came to room every day and they are often seen busy around the rest of the hotel.

Very well situated close to nightlife. beach, shops etc. Pool too small and too deep, not enough sunbeds. Was pleased with room location food but pool was big let down due to depth and size and sunbeds only bad points we found.

Hotel is lovely and so is the pool and beach area.
Full of nice staff, maybe the one or 2 miserable guests but you get that everywhere.
I go their every year, and I would recommend this to anyone!!

In my experience there are no good points about this hotel. Air con is management controlled, therefore its only on for a few hours each day, usually between 6pm and 4am. Good Location, good Food and excellent reps. Air Con was working but it was useless, couldn't sleep comfortable all night! It cost 25 euros for a fan and 50 euros for a fridge!! Absoloute joke. Good hotel, just let itself down with the air Con, which is very necessary during the summer!!!

The Majorca Beach Hotel used to be of a very high standard - you can tell standards have dropped. The hotel is in a desperate need of a face lift!!!!!not enough space round pool to get a sunbeds, pool very very deep!!!! does not deserve 3* will not return!!!!
