Was really surprised at the standard of this hotel complex. Expected a butlins in the sun type arrangement, but it was much better than that. The hotel grounds were beautiful as was the food which was faultless. The staff were friendly and the facilities on site were excellent which plenty of activities for the children (kid's clubs were excellent). The mix of people was great too, with people from all backgrounds, although there was none of the snobbery you get in certain places which meant you could relax and be yourself. Had a great family holiday there and would recommend it.

Recently returned from the Jupiter hotel at Club Mac. This is a large complex which gets very busy but you never feel overcrowded. They cope with the numbers really well and we were amazed at the quality of the food and standard of service they managed to achieve all things considered. It is a very fun and friendly place and is ideal for families with children of all ages. Entertainment was a bit hit and miss but other than that it was perfect.

We had a memorable holiday at the Club Mac Jupiter. It was fun filled and relaxing at the same time. The hotel wasn't perfect I guess, but there was little wrong with it in truth. The food was great, as were the staff, and everywhere was very clean and the amenities good. Couldn't have asked for much more tbh. Would definitely recommend this place to families with young children.

We had an excellent holiday and the Saturno turned out to be everything we hoped it would be. It was very clean, and unlike the comments from the last review our room was cleaned every day.

The food was excellent too, a really good choice and the themes nights meant there was lots of variety and so meal times didn't become boring. Entertainment was a bit hit and miss but we enjoyed it nonetheless.

People who complain about being bitten, how can this affect your review of a hotel? If you don't want misquitos stay at home!

i have just got back from staying in the hotel jupiter. the rooms was never cleaned in 11 days i was there . they was folding the towels up an saying they were clean when they were dirty . i was bit loads of times not just outside but in bed as well . an the food was disgusting . i have been at the same complex 4 times but i thought it was disgusting this time an i will never go back again 3 9 2010

Brilliant place. The most fun we have ever had on holiday. No issues at all with the hotel. It was clean had great facilities, friendly staff and the food was faultless. The entertainment may not be to everyones liking but the kids loved it and you are never going to please everyone. Some of the cabaret acts were well worth seeing such as the Chinese acrobats.

There was a really good mix of people and nationalities and the atmosphere around the place was first rate. Nothing to moan about at all and we just had great fun and are just sad to be home.

The previous review is utter nonsense! We never once queued for sunbeds. Sometimes they would run out at about 10.00am but within an hour or two there would be loads spare and they would all be stacked up and it would stay like that for the rest of the day. We never once queued for food either. Was this person at the same hotel complex? The hotel was very clean, there was hardly any litter that we noticed, and far from running wild it was noticeable just how well behaved the vast majority of children were.

Staff were great, food was excellent and the room facilities were exactly what we expected. This hotel complex may not be to everyone's taste but the previous review is highly misleading and should be ignored!

this place is far too big to accommodate all. there were people fighting for sun beds, no room to move by the pool. By 9am there was no sun beds left!!!
it was like a chav drop off centre!!!! Parents letting there children run wild and do as they please with no regard to anyone else!!! The reps walked around one night with a little girl 7/8 who had lost her parents they had only gone and left her at the hotel while they went into Alcudia to get drunk!!! That's what some of the people were like at this Zoo
Queue for lifts... Queue for food... queue for everything.
the amount of noise was unbearable from 11pm till 4am people running on corridors and banging doors, shouting with no consideration for anyone else.
The hotel itself was quit clean the staff tried there best but it was a hard job as people just threw litter every were.
The room's very small and basic just 1 room with 2 double beds in it and a small bathroom.
Very small balcony could just about fit 2 people on it.
All in all a very very disappointing holiday

I'm not one for usually writing reviews but I felt I had to just leave a quick note to say what a great time me and the wife had. I don't have one single complaint. It was all good. I would especially like to give a quick mention to the entertainment staff who work so hard to make everyones holiday really memorable. The service and food were both exceptional and made this hotel stand out from many we have stayed at. Excellent value for money.

Had a truly memorable holiday staying in the Saturno at Club Mac. The food was just great, the staff were exceptionally friendly and hard working and the hotel was spotless with really nice grounds and public areas.

Our two children (aged 6 and 9) had a great time and made a lot of friends in the children's club which was very well run and we liked how it was separated from the mail complex which made it feel very safe and secure.

We were only there for one week and could only wish we had been there for longer. A really nice experience and definitely worth what we paid. I had read a few bad reviews before going, but really shouldn't have taken any notice as it turned out to be nothing like they said. A great hotel!

The Saturno at the Club Mac complex in Alcudia was everything we hoped for. The food was excellent, and the choice at all the meal times could not be faulted, especially at lunch time when usually the choice is not as broad but that certainly wasn't the case here.

We had a really nice room with a large balcony and the extra bedroom for the kids. It did cost quite a bit more but was worth it for the extra space. There was plenty happening on site, especially for the kids and the kids club was excellent and I especially liked the way it was set away from the main complex and was fenced off so it felt a lot more secluded and secure that what we have experienced in the past. Staff were lovely and an all round terrific experience.

The Marte at Club Mac is just perfect for families with children and represents great value for money.

The whole complex (which is made up of 3 large hotels) is clean and nicely landscaped and the areas around the pool are really pleasant.

The facilities and amenities are excellent and there is plenty to do for children and the kids club is very well run and our two young ones had an amazing time.

Meal times can get busy but there is no queueing and the food is nice prepared and there is a good variety, so no complaints on that front.

The rooms are good and the staff are exceptionally friendly and overall this was just about the best all-inclusive hotel we have stayed in.

A terrific complex that is just perfect for families with children of any age. We stayed at the Marte which was one of 3 hotels on site, although I think only two were open.

The hotel was clean and the facilities excellent, and there was no shortage of activities throughout the day and night to keep the kids entertained.

The food was good, nothing spectacular but perfectly acceptable - good variety and we enjoyed the themed nights (some excellent fish dishes by the way).

A lovely two weeks away in Alcudia (which is lovely) and we hope to go back again in 2011 (although we will probably book direct next time as we perhaps paid more than we needed to through the tour operator).

A thoroughly enjoyable week away on the beautiful island of Mallorca. The Hotel Marte wasn't perfect but it was clean and had everything we needed. The food was excellent, and this was the thing that concerned us most before we travelled, with excellent variety and choice.

Rooms were basic but clean and the hotel grounds were kept in excellent condition. The staff were very friendly and we were made to feel very welcome during our entire stay.

We have stayed at a number of all-inclusive resorts on the Spanish mainland with mixed results. This was the first time in Majorca and we were not disappointed. Hotels like this will never be perfect, you just hope it is clean and the food is good. We needn't have worried about any of these things. The food was actually excellent - plenty of fish which suited me - the hotel was spotless and it had great amenities.

The room was OK, nothing special, but we didn't spend too much time there. Staff made the hotel though, the friendliest bunch of people you'll meet. Fab holiday.

Had no complaints at all with this hotel. Most of the negative comments I read before going I didn't recognise, especially those who complained about the food because I can only speak from experience, and I thought the food was fine. There was plenty of choice and it was always hot and replenished quickly.

Spent most of the time lounging around the pool as this was very much a lazy, re-charge the battery holiday, and I found the pool areas to be very pleasant and the pool water was clean although a bit too cold for me.

The entertainment was OK, not my thing really, but enjoyable enough.

Good hotel, and certainly deserves a higher rating than it has received here.
