I have never come across such poor to non-existent customer service as I have with Savastore. My notebook has been away twice for repair. Not only has it been at Savastore for a total of 12 weeks in all, to add insult to injury they have tried to make me pay for defective components.

I received what I wanted from Savastore, and when I wanted it, but their poor communication left me feeling as though I had to push them along. They need to improve the way the keep customers up-to-date with how their order is progressing.

You should avoid buying anything from Savastore. They mislead you about the specs of their products, the availability of their products. After you order something, they ignore you and deliver a month later. If you have a problem with the product then your life becomes a nightmare. You can hardly ge ...

Savastore - I bought a PCTV card. There was a component missing from the board (making it a fire hazard). I returned the product and they sent it back to me as repaired / tested! There was still a component missing from the board and it was still a fire hazard!

My system turned up with a loose, not in the drive bay, hard drive. OK so this may have been a rough ride in the delivery van. I rang customer service and was told I could open the case and re-fit the drive, you have to break a seal "Warranty void if broken".
