Not recommended. Only use if you are not checking any bags. In my experience the group flights are the worst. Flew from Chicago to Madrid, Madrid to Tel Aviv, and returned. The Madrid-Tel Aviv flights were completely full and I estimate 8" of leg room between rows. Those legs of flight were horrible! Staff I dealt with were in my experience rude and offhanded. There was a complete lack of organisation. Shabby plane, piece of the plastic facing between floor and side missing so that you could see down into wires, fluff, etc. Terrible food even by airline standards, and that's saying something.

We spent almost 8 hours in Havana airport and there was no explanation for the delay, no information about our connection flight. Only one thing is sure, we will never fly again with Iberia.

As a captain on a offshore support ship I travel a lot around the world. Thought I seen it all until I ended up on a Iberia flight. Never experienced worse service anywhere on the planet. Lost my luggage in Barcelona and will probably never see it again.
