My first and last journey with Iberia. It's definitely the worst airline I've ever come across, and I've flown on some pretty dubious local airlines in the Far East over the years. This is a worse than no-frills airline at full cost. My husband and I flew from Seville to London via Madrid today, ...

Flew with Iberia this October to Rio De Janeiro from London via Madrid. In terms of ticket price it really was value for money, although I did only get what I paid for. Iberia seems more like a no frills airline and should they continue to be much cheaper than others flying to Brazil (or other loc ...

I recently flew Iberia Airlines for the first time. After reading many scathing reviews, I was quite nervous. However, I had an entirely pleasant experience with them. We flew Business Class from Chicago to Madrid, and then back from Madrid to JFK. The seats were the kinds that recline "flat", and I ...

This one one of the nicest trips we've taken and Iberia Airlines was great in almost all respects. The crew was especially friendly and helpful.

11 hour flight in Sept 08 Madrid to Lima. No tv screens in back of seats just aisle ones. Anyway both mine and my wife's headphones sockets broken as were others. Rude staff. Sandwiches in the galley if you knew they where there as staff never came round with them. Meal choice ran out. I will never ...

This is my first and last time with Iberia! I do not recommend it. It feels like a low rate airline. I have flown some Latina American Airlines that could teach Iberia a lesson or two in customer service and quality of service.

Flew from Dulles to Madrid and backI have flown all over the world on various airlines. Iberia takes the cake as the worst one.1) Attendants were rude and acted they were doing you a favor. 2) There was nominal AC on the plane - I was boiling in a summer dress3) The plane was an old Airbus with ol ...

I was concerned about flying Iberia for the first time as I could not find many 'good' reviews online. We flew Venice to Madrid, then Madrid to Chicago on September 26th in Business Class. I am a frequent flyer for business domestic US, so have much to compare to.
The baggage handling was quick, n ...

We booked flights to Malaga in July, 2008 for a vacation using a time share exchange and the absolute worst thing happened, a mix up in the week. Iberia was called, the ordeal explained, and the TOTAL amount of the tickets was credited back to our card even though it was less than seven days' notice ...
