    This is the first and last time we will fly with Iberia. This is by far the worst airline we've ever flown with. They had no entertainment systems that I know of.     We spent 3 days trying Iberia customer service numbers in 3 countries: consistently no answer, busy, or disconnected before talking to an agent.Tried to get customer service help in Madrid (in English), result was blank stares and random phrases that had no tie to the topic.

    A big disappointment. On 15/12/08 our flight from Madrid to Buenos Aires 6843 had a delay of almost 6 hours from 1:45a.m. till 7:25 and Iberia did not give us a hotel room or any compensation. In 2006 they lost our luggage.

    The aircraft was not the right one for the trip. Food was pretty average. Lost of luggage no apologies or any suggestions about replacement. Items nearly 3 days later

    We went from Israel to Madrid & back. A Five hour flight, with no room to move, it was extremely hot (both ways) and their is absolutely nothing for entertainment. No music - nothing.
