    On time, friendly, good movies, ok food (but its airline food afterall), good wine and my friend got sick during our plane trip from Rome to Madrid.     I flew with Iberia, and was nervous because I'd read some bad reviews. But the flight itself was fine, it ran on time, and unlike some other customers 'reviews I ' d read I thought the staff were friendly and helpful.
