Having to fly to Cuba with Iberia Airlines is no joke. Staff are rude and I have been physically pushed to one side by male crew member. Plane looked like it was at death's door, no in flight entertainment twice, smallest leg room, never saw the crew eat the same food and cannot speak English very w ...

Will never fly Iberia again. They messed up all three flights on our vacation and cared very little. I wrote a letter of concern to their Customer Service Department and they didn't have the courtesy to respond. Spain is a beautiful country. Too bad their airline is so pitiful.

I made round trip reservation with Iberia from NYC to Madrid, then catch a connecting flight to Malaga for the week of Feb 20 thru Feb. 27. I called the airline three days in advanced to check for schedule changes, and I was told that my return trip had been changed. Instead of leaving Malaga at 2:0 ...

This summer I once again travelled with Iberia Airlines, and yet once again things did NOT go smoothly - in fact it was a DISASTER!!!

I was scheduled on Iberia Airlines Flight 575 departing Vigo on July 14th at 14:55P.

After sitting on the hot plane for sometime, we were all asked to leave the ...

3rd Sept 2004, 12 of us flew to Barcelona with Iberia Airlines for a well planned Hen Weekend which was booked back in March 2004. We all checked in at Heathrow together with our luggage this was the last time we saw our cases. Our flight was delayed five and a half hours going out, by the time we a ...

    Iberia Airlines:
    16th July 2004: Brussels-Madrid-Tenerife Sur
First flight was operated by Iberia Regional, magnificent flight, absolutely on time, good food and a very nice and quiet aircraft (Canadair Regional Jet).
Second flight was a B757-200, left Madrid with a 30min delay because we had to ...

We flew Iberia to Cuba because we thought it was reputable and reliable. We would like to correct that misapprehension.

On our outward flight they could not manage to seat us together, and the steward (jokingly?!) refused to serve my husband as he was 'a tourist and a vegetarian'.

    Our retur ...
