Flying from Buenos Aires to Zurich, Switzerland I had a one way flight with Lufthansa from Buenos Aires to Sao Paulo where I had to change to
Iberia Airlines which was to take me from Sao Paulo to Madrid. Due to a snowstorm in Frankfurt and a technical failure the Lufthansa flight was 2 hours la ...

Case 1, Summer 2004. Travelling Iberia Airlines with two kids (1 and 6 years old) from Venice to New York via Madrid in summer. Got to Venice about 4 hous before flight, given the kids. Aircraft was something I'd use for last impossible mission, say if it is lost, it is not such a big waste.

I all agree this Iberia Airlines the worst airline I've come across. Two years ago I booked a flight with them also, and was denied boarding due to overbooking. I arrived just within 2 hours of take-off, so they said they had the right to deny since I was supposed to be at the airport 2 hours before ...

How can an airline loose 4 suitcases on a 15 minute flight?
Well Iberia Airlines can and has left my aunt very distressed as they contained all her birthday presents and cards from her 65th birthday in Scotland. Globespan from Scotland to Palma no problems at all Iberia what can one say dire custom ...

Four of us flew from London to Madrid and then on to Lima, Peru. The initial flight with Iberia Airlines was very basic with no refreshments and was cramped, however this did not concern us at first as it was only a short flight. On arrival in Madrid the Iberia flight to Peru was delayed with no exp ...

We flew with Iberia Airlines from Heathrow/Madrid/Marrakech and vice versa. On both trips there was not enough food or drink on the cart for all Economy passengers, and the English in-flight announcements were incomprehensible. We couldn't even guess what the topic was, from the usual limited rang ...

Having to fly to Cuba with Iberia Airlines is no joke. Staff are rude and I have been physically pushed to one side by male crew member. Plane looked like it was at death's door, no in flight entertainment twice, smallest leg room, never saw the crew eat the same food and cannot speak English very w ...

Will never fly Iberia again. They messed up all three flights on our vacation and cared very little. I wrote a letter of concern to their Customer Service Department and they didn't have the courtesy to respond. Spain is a beautiful country. Too bad their airline is so pitiful.
