Iberia Airlines is without question one of the worst airlines I have ever flown. Lazy staff who are unwilling or unable to communicate with passengers. Iberia Airlines made me queue up for ages, then said I missed check-in!! The staff didn't know any supervisors and managers. The manager made a bad situation much worse. No-one cared. I still have no reply from head office.
Basically I will never fly with Iberia Airlines again.

I would never fly with Iberia Airlines again! The food was not very good. My last meal was spoiled and discolored. The attendants ignored people. They did not smile. They acted like they didn't WANT to be there. We had to find them to get drinks after the meals were served.

I was shocked at the lack of attention given to passengers who did not speak Spanish on my Iberia Airlines flight. I found the cabin crew at times bad mannered with a careless attitude. They were just so uncooperative. I will never use Iberia again.

I traveled with Iberia Airline with a student's group. We arrived very early to check in. I requested that we be together. They did, but they put us in the last rows. What's the use in being early? I have made 3 complaints via email to Iberia airlines about their Cabin Crew. My first was in September 2005, and to date, I still have not received a reply. When you try to call to speak to someone, of course this is not possible. They tell you to send an email or write.

One bag did not arrive in BCN. Having just experienced a flight to Lima from Madrid I would recommend you avoid Iberia airline. There were no safety checks and the aircraft took off with the overhead containers open.
