My outbound flight was nearly 4 hours late to take off. I flew Iberia from Valencia to Madrid (luckily planned ahead so only took hand luggage) flight was delayed so missed connecting flight to La coruna. Eventually got on flight but the staff didn't speak English so I didn't have a clue what was going on, rude staff and no apologies.

Very polite service! Iberia Airlines must have had some recent courses in Customer Service, as they knew even which passengers spoke which language, and addressed each of us in our native tongue. Drinks and water were very plentiful on the flight too.
