    Tried to check in online and wasnt able to. I managed to waste a whole day. I couldnt get any help from Airfrance. Will see what happens when i go to the airport in the morning.

    This airline is a good airline with fair products but in my experience has a problem with dealing with problems and didn't know how to help me when something unscheduled happened.

    All that can possibly be done badly with a flight - Air France did it all... will never fly with them again.Flew on the New York-Paris - Bangalore flight with my four year old son and it was a nightmare.

    Well, what can I say except be careful when dealing with Air France check-in desks at the Bologna Airport in Italy. They are so very rude its almost comical.
    Considering they are supposed to be the face of Air France, I am sure the airline should be more careful about who they hire.!!!
