Old 777-300 cramped uncomfortable seats, only 1 meal and 1 light meal on a 13 hrs flight.Meal and refreshment drinks, promised on card in seat not served, thought I was flying a 3rd class airline.Never again to Paris wi ...

I flew Seattle to Budapest via Paris with Air France and return - via Rome - in August 2008 and everything went like clockwork. Efficient, courteous and comfortable. Plus I was able to fly on Delta Miles, as Air France is a partner - fabulous! So nice to be offered complimentary champagne in Tempo C ...

Very clean. Excellent service. Flown Air France on many occasions and find them an excellent airline. The staff are immaculate. The cabins likewise. Fully recommended.

We flew from LAX to London Heathrow with Air France. This was part of a Delta booking, who are in an Alliance with Air France. After a confusing check in, we experienced an excellent flight which I can only liken to the great service I found on the likes of Korean Air. We never had to ask for anythi ...

I am not flying with this carrier in the future... It's left to you guys...If you can compromise service and baggage i would recommend this. But it's cheap though (money matters over luxury ).

Yummy food, good landing and take off. Bad points, bad staff, expensive shopping, however overall good and I would recommend Air France.

Poor customer service. Baggage handling needs to improve. Customer service is non-existent. Unreliable flights, and Air France seem disorganized about transporting passengers from terminals to terminals that are in transit. Zero value for ones hard earned money.
I would advise you to think hundred ...

I have flown with Airfrance 3 times now all to Nigeria, on two occasions I had a baby then toddler with me and I must say they were extremely helpful to me. I believe you get what you pay for and if customers are seeking a five star service then they should pay a five start price. On the one occasio ...
