    Northwest Airlines flight delay caused much inconvenience.
    Poor condition of aircraft and equipment provided on it.
    Rude and unpleasant flight attendants.

    I love Northwest. I fly on them all the time and every time I fly on them I never have a problem. the cabin is always nice and clean. and the crew is very helpful and professional, and most of the gate agent will help you when ever.

    Northwest is by far the best airline ever. The service was great the crews are accommodating and the cabins are always clean. I would never fly on any other Airline ever, trust me fly on Northwest.

    On our flight to Honolulu, our connecting flight was late. NWA knew we were a little late but closed the gate door on us 10 minutes before the flight time.     During my Asian flights with Northwest Airlines, the flight attendants were extremely nice and helped me whenever needed and my plane was always on time. Overall, it was somewhat enjoyable.

    Recently took a Osaka-Tokyo-Detroit-Houston-flight with Northwest Airlines. Osaka flight ended late by one hour, barely making the next leg.
