Once you have gone through Bangalore and have them returned you to a UK Call centre the service was excellent. I was credited immediately for a faulty purchase from the rogues at Dixons.

They provide a free credit check through Equifax then charge you for it! Now try getting the charge removed - if you are lucky. Don't bother talking to their call centre - they are not very helpful. Insist on talking to a rep in the UK. They are a bit better but still awful service. Only hope that y ...

unreasonable increase in APR* in my opinion, charge annual free in spite of the card being a no annual fee card. I would die out of poverty but never take a capital one card or loan
