Only one way to describe my flight with XL- never again. Yes, they may be a low price carrier but it just wasn't an excuse for the atrocious flight we had with them.

As accommodation was cancelled by the Tour operator, I had to cancel my flights within 1/2 hr of booking them. At 33 days away from date of travel, cancellation charges are set at 50% of TOTAL PRICE and this includes airport tax, fuel duty and debit card charges!!!

When comparing prices, XL were one of the cheapest but unfortunately they did not deliver what we had agreed to purchase! I will never book with them again and certainly will not be recommending them to anyone.
