I was annoyed with Dolcis, that whilst they say that statutory rights are not affected by their refunds policy actually, it clearly is, as if an item is not fit for use, then a repair, replacement or refund must be offered and they said that they were unable to do this for bags. I bought a pair of pretty orangy/peach pumps from Dolcis in Stevengae last year. If it wasn't for the growth of my feet I would still be wearing them now. They were the most comfortable shoes I have ever bought and they lasted as long as I needed them to.

I purchased a pair of shoes from Dolcis and it lasted 1 week with the sole coming off. I lost the receipt but had the credit card receipt, and they don't consider this proof of purchase and I had to fight for my money back, (still waiting has to be approved by head-office).
