I was in the store yesterday, its clean and very tidy. The young lady on the fitting rooms was lovely very helpful and genuine. Asked if I needed anything at all whilst always smiling even when the store was busy. I asked if she'd worked their long and she said only a week, well done JD employing someone who actually cares about customers. “Still waiting ....”

I ordered a gift for my nephew's Birthday way before the date ... Birthday's past and gone and I am still waiting for the notification email that I should have received 3 to 5 days after my order. I called Customer Service this morning ... no luck! “completely dreadful company!!!”

“Ordered an item then it is said out of stock but”

I ordered an Adidas product three days ago and I today, recieved an email saying it is out of stock yet in the time I ordered it, it was and I just checked out the jacket on the website and it is in stock so I don't know what's happening, it is a mistaken email or they're just saying it's out of stock when it isn't. I purchased an item from JD Sports on the 10th of this month and today is the 22nd and I still havn't received it. I spoke to customer services 3 times this past week to chase the item and spoke to a girl Sunday who put me on hold and then rang the delivery company they used which I believe was Hermes. The delivery company 'didn't know' where the parcel was and the tracking number supplied to me stated it was out for delivery since the 12th. “Hopeless customer service - never again!”

Purchased a pair of trainers recently but sadly just a day before they arrived, I injured my foot & leg. I was therefore unable to try them on to check the size straight away. Once the swelling had reduced & I'd had the bandages removed, I was able to try on the shoes but they didn't fit. “Awful company to deal with, shocking”

Shocking company to deal with. Purchased some trainers on-line for next day delivery. When they did not arrive had to contact customer services multiple times to enquire where they were only to eventually get the response that they were 'lost in transit'. No tracking number, no details, just 'lost'. Have had to chase up a refund myself which I have still not had so basically going to get a refund through my CC company - no apology, no response to e-mails. “Customer service is TERRIBLE! Even from the manager!”

I recently bought some converse shoes from JD for a birthday present. Having opened the shoes, it was evident that the shoes didn't fit so i went to return them to the JD in Warrington. The staff accused me of wearing the shoes but they wouldn't return them. I asked for the manager and she refused to even come down from her office. never do it again ,the worst ever shop i have been into.it was the first time,and now its last time
i bought shoes yesterday while i was trying that shoes to c if i got the rights size,walking AROUND TO SEE IF ITS ALRIGHT,BUT THEN I DONT KNOW WHATS MADE ME TO BUY IT,WHEN I WAS IN STORE.AND AFTER THAT CHANGE MY MIN ,CAME BACK AND WANTED TO GET IT EXCHANGE.THE CASHIER MAN TOLD ITS RUIN WE CANT TAKE IT BACK,AND ALL THAT HAPPENED AFTER HALF AN HOUR SINCE I BOUGHT IT,AND I SWEAR TO GOD WASNT RUIN AN ALL WAS A LITTLE DUST AT BUTTOM,AND WAS NOT FROM ME

Having bought a pair of Mckenzie zero shoes for my son to wear to school was disappointed to find that after only 3 weeks wear they had holes in the heel.Phoned store to complain and was told that as no longer had receipt they could not exchange/refund as I couldn't prove they had been bought at jd (even though they are sold exclusively by them).Shop assistant admitted a pair had been returned only the day before with the same complaint.Definitely don't recommend shoes or store… Read Full Review

I have just been massively let down by this online company, who failed to deliver a pair of trainers to me on time, after I had paid £5 extra to have them delivered the next day. A pathetic excuse about delays at the warehouse and then fobbed off with a refund of of postage and a feeble apology. I am sick and tired of internet companies lying to us about express delivery. Grandson, 17, bought special 'Olympic' poloshirt exclusive to JD Sports. Blue collar dye ran into shirt and the material the collar is made of started fraying. Returned to shop but they will do nothing about it because he does not have the receipt. Never known a shop to have this policy which, in my opinion, is archaic. Will never use the shop again.
