“What? No birthday present? JD and Citylink useless...”

Ordered a birthday present for my boyfriend on Monday and paid £5.99 for next day delivery using Citylink,its now Thursday my boyfriends birthday and no sign of his present. “Horrendous customer service”

Purchased a pair of Adidas zx750. After wearing them for the second time I realised the right shoe tongue was twisted. Returned to the store 10 days after purchase. The 1st staff member i spoke to told me that the shoe was supposed to be like it and because his pair of Nikes did the same he couldn't see what the problem was. “Online Order mess up”

I ordered 5 items for my sun online and was very please when the parcel arrived in quick time. I opened the parcel to find only 4 items. 3 i did order and 1 i didn't, plus 2 other items i ordered not in the parcel at all. Yet the delivery note had all the items i ordered on. “Awful experience”

For a recent holiday i bought my son a pair of canvas sneakers from jd sports costing £55. While wearing on holiday i noticed that they where fading, obviously from the sun. They are navy blue but by the time we got home they where completely faded and looked old and tatty. My nearest jd store is 20 miles from from my home. I went to JD on saturday 27th july to ask if they have any vacancies. I was mean't to check out some trainers but he till was empty when I walked in so I though I'd ask about the job vacancies first. I bought Lacoste trainers for my girlfriend from Boucher Road, Belfast JD Sport 5 months ago. She only wears them few times o month, saturdays, sundays. The trainers had start to come apart on the side, they still look like new. I was told they have to send them for an inspection, cause it's over 3 months. I was waiting over 3 weeks to be told I can stick them in somewhere, £35 down the toilet. 100% it will be next shop to fail! I would never recommend anyone to buy trainers from JD… Read Full Review

“JD sports never shop there again”

Bought a converse track suit, hoody and bottoms. Wore the bottoms only and washed them once. All the dye came out of them, leaving reddish patches. Took them back to shop, 2 days out of the 28 day receipt policy. They refused exchange or refund and would only send them off for inspection. Nearly two weeks later on returning to store as I had heard nothing, there they were, hadn't received a phone call. We went to the JD SPORTS OXFORD STREET store to buy track pants today. The women's section was at the lower ground floor, we selected 2 track pants and wanted to try them before buying them. Asked a member of staff (Was a supervisor or a Manager and not a floor staff) about Trail Rooms and he said they were on the ground floor. “Terrible Website, Terrible customer service ”

I went there today to have it exchanged for another pair but have been refused!!!!!!!!! They said they have to send it for an inspection!!!-NEw unused shoes!!!
