“Poor customer service”

I liked how I could get some help by the employees in getting the right size for a shoe I preferred, however when I went to pay for it, the employee at the till had this 'look-down-on-everyone' kind of attitude. She sighed a few times. I thought, okay probably a bad day. But I returned a few days later to buy some gym gear and I received the same, if not worse customer service by a female employee. I made an order with jd online as I have many times. my order came but unfortunately was unsuitable, my order for some reason did NOT have the order/returns form included so in order to return my items i had to contact jd. i did so using their online website form, I never got a reply so about a week later i tried again - conveniently this time i got a reply notifying me that they apparently (coinsidently) never recieved my first message and now they had receieved the second it was over the time… Read Full Review

“No Refund”

we placed an order in december which never got delivered and was clearly returned to JD Sport, the first thing we had to do get a refund was provide the goods had been returned, We did this via thier courier company, after chasing and chasing for a refund we were told it would be in our account within 3 to 5 days. “NIKE RUBBISH”

I brought my 15 year old son a Nike two piece tracksuit from the White Rose centre JD store at a cost of £80.00. After the first wash the bottoms shrunk and now the lettering is coming off the top!!!! I can not believe what poor quility these items are. “worst company I have ever dealt with!”

customer service is non-existent! had a pair of adidas gazelle trainers that tore on the inside of the heel after a few hours use, after returning them I was told it was not a manufacturing fault and they would not replace them. going to contact trading standards and see what can be done about it. Attempted to exchange a xmas gift for a larger size - a children football strip. Unfortunately did not have receipt although staff remembered my face, however told could not exchange. Been and collected my parcel from this store (great service from ordering online and pick up next day even at this time of year.) On way out saw some I candy headphones priced up at £15 buy one get one free. So take them to till to be changed £30. Told the girl she got the manager. Manager said no its £15 each. “In store collection took 3 weeks”

I ordered a shoe online to be delivered to my local store for store pick up. I waited for over 2 weeks and decided to check the status of my order only to find that the shoe had been delivered but no one scanned it at the store so no one notified me. If i hadn't checked, my order would have gone back and i would have ended up waiting forever. Very disappointed by the response from JD sports. “Scams”

I had same problem as many customers - ordered online in November two track suits which were main presents for my two children. Money was taken immediately and then last week when no product arrived I emailed and heard nothing. Phoned numerous times and you cannot get through then eventually got through to be told no stock and money will be refunded - so they had my money in their bank two weeks multiply that by everyone on here and that's a nice way to make money from customers. “Not going by the agreement ”

“Order was cancelled and the never bothered to let me know”

I placed an order online and my payment was processed and I received a confirmation email. This email told me how they processed orders really quickly. After 3 to 4 working days (and a weekend in the middle of these) I went on to my account to check the delivery status. I could not find my order.
