    Tiscali (www.tiscali.co.uk) is, in my opinion, the worst ISP ever. Check out the Good and Bad Points list for the reasons.

    Tiscali Broadband is the worst Broadband I have ever seen, connection speed is slow, customer service is poor, help desk is horrible and on the top. They are bothered only in getting new customers and not worried about the existing ones.

    Had 5x Broadband from Tiscali now for some time. It's cheap, generally reliable and I can't say I've had any problems. Definitely recommend them to any home user.     If you are thinking about making a choice between signing up with Tiscali and setting your hair on fire I would favour setting your hair on fire, it'll cause you less pain the long run.
