Tiscali Broadband's front line customer services staff don't seem to have a clue. The Broadband support staff are based in India, and it is sometimes difficult to understand. It takes a long time to get problems sorted out.

How do you get a reply from Tiscali when you send them an email?

Been writing to them for months no replies perhaps we should ask Watchdog (bbc), The Sun, The Mail, all consumer programmes and Which magazine, could they get a response from Tiscali.
