    reading all the recent postings here, i can only agree. tiscali broadband is just a waste of time. i have had endless connection problems which come and then misteriously go again. i wonder if their IT dept has a clue? have decided to go to one of the smaller, more customer service oriented provider ...

    It seems most mornings I am unable to connect, Tiscali Broadband stated its is a fault with the exchange, however my neighbors with BT don't seem to have this problem. I also never get call backs to see if the fault has been resolved.The billing is shocking and customer care non existent.

    Been with tiscali for 3 years but after being off line for a week and having no promise of a refund of payment for a service I did not get I'm off to another server, Wanted my mac code lol it took 2 days and me getting really mad and shouting ...which I never do ..to get it they told me it would ta ...

    Tiscali Broadband charged us for 8 months of service without providing any broadband! They just blamed BT for the landline connection and refused to give us a refund.

    the tiscali broadband experience is only for masochists - it is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

    I have been with tiscali for 12 months with hardly any problems at all. I have had to ring the help line twice and they have always helped to sort out the problem.
    I have recommended people to tiscali and they like it to.
    Tiscali has been far better than most ISP.

    We have been with Tiscali for a while now, but recently the modem kept crashing and we had to unplug it and then replug it in, which was very annoying. We then decided to buy a ethernet modem, which is working, but it keeps on disabling itself, and I also have to reset the log as microsoft office ou ...

    The alleged Customer Service is non-existant - You have to ring - write - fight - scream at another person before any problem you have with their accounting (charging for items not for you).     I have been tiscali for a few years now. i agree with the rest that teh customer services is terrible and non-existence. the connection is only ever adequate and frequently disconnect. for the last few months, these problems have got worst. web pages do not refreshed or when they do, the connect ...
