    I have been disgusted by the treatment I have suffered at the hands of Tiscali and all this AFTER I have left them and joined BT!.     Tiscali are no good! I requested 12 month contract and they signed me up to a 24 month.

    Made 4 calls, but still not sorted even after tiscali admitted to their mistake.

    It is over 2 weeks since my line was supposed to be 'activated' yet i still cant make a call and get any broadband signal at all ...

    I found tiscali excessively slow, the routers they provided constantly broke down and their tech help was just £2 a minute for someone from india to read you the instruction manual.     tiscali broadband are a waste of time they will take your money but not deliver a service.avoid them at all costs.you will have nothing but trouble.they are not willing to listen or resolve problems

    Tiscali Broadband has been slow all week - dunno why as nothing changed. cant use yahoo or facebook as far too slow.. gonna change soon as another site says that there is problem with traffic on the site..

    The customer service is absolutely the worst I have ever encountered. I had a fault with my broadband and the phone calls cost 25p a minute.     I've had enough. Been with tiscali for years, reception and speed is awful recently. I am being told my flat is too far from the exchange. I live in central London and the flat has not moved. They refuse to send an engineer.
