tiscali broadband are a waste of time they will take your money but not deliver a service.avoid them at all costs.you will have nothing but trouble.they are not willing to listen or resolve problems

Tiscali Broadband has been slow all week - dunno why as nothing changed. cant use yahoo or facebook as far too slow.. gonna change soon as another site says that there is problem with traffic on the site..

I've had enough. Been with tiscali for years, reception and speed is awful recently. I am being told my flat is too far from the exchange. I live in central London and the flat has not moved. They refuse to send an engineer.

Hopeless, useless, slow speeds. Appalling customer service, never answer premium rate telephone numbers (no incentive to, as they are coining in a cut from the 0870 calls while you are on hold).

I have never had so many problems, took tiscali almost two weeks to get my line repaired, they kept telling me someone would get back to me, nobody ever did, I had to chase them all the time to get an update, I probably made somewhere in the region of 10 calls to them, lasting on average about 20 mi ...

Tiscali Broadband speed is terrible 40kps ur better off on dial ups than this
