    Shockingly poor service. Inaccessible more often than not. Appalling 'customer services'. Couldn't be worse. Don't go near Tiscali - you have been warned!

    I don't know if it is a result of Talk Talk taking over Tiscali but recently if we are on-line for more than half an hour we get cut off which makes us think that they are rationing our on-line time.     On the whole Tiscali is not bad, what lets them down is ther customer services. I just transferred to TalkTalk and when i cancelled Tiscali was informed that my e-mail addresses would be canceled within 24-48 hours, so i asked for a couple of hours to transfer e-mails.     Do not ever sign up with tiscali. They are the worst provider ever. There support is the worst thing ever - you got to pay them for this.
