They have the worst customer service team in the world, ever. No replies, no answers and no courtesy - nothing The lady who is supposed to be dealing with me has ignored so many emails I've lost count (it's has been months) Holiday was rubbish as well so I guess I should be grateful that excessive delays and staff incompetence meant we missed a big chunk of it. “they lost my luggage”

travelled using Thomas cook for the first time, travelled to turkey with my mum and brothers we shared luggage's so me and my mum had our big luggage. And Thomas cook lost our luggage. worst of all my mum had her medicine in it, she's diabetic, got high blood pressure and cholesterol. we reported it to the airport lost baggage department and they said they will call us once it had arrived and advised us to call Thomas cook up. “Flight times changed to late night flight and bad service”

I booked with Thomas Cook as their flight times fitted my needs. I have now been informed that they have changed the flight times to arrive well after midnight. The flight change notification gave a high cost 0871 number to phone to discus options if you were not happy with the change. I phoned this number and after waiting in a queue for over 15 minutes I was just quoted the T$Cs that allowed a 7 hour flight time change without any compensation or cancellation rights. “**** Don't use this bunch of cowboys ****”

I would seriously consider using this bunch they are quick enough to talk you money, but it is a different story when coming to delivery their services. I have booked a holiday with T C, with choose your seats, so I could guarantee that I could sit with my wife on the flights (scheduled carrier was T C), now they have changed flights and carrier to Easy Jet (which I don't have any problem about, as this is covered in their terms and conditions, and it is just something you have to put up… Read Full Review

“Beware hidden cost”

Hello I traveled to florida with Thomas Cook on Mon 17 Jun 2013 TCX 126 Manchester on a car included package. “Thomac Cook will waste your money !”

Me and my partner decided to book a holiday for our anniversary. We booked ONLY flights with Thomas Cook. On the way back to UK we were delayed 12 hours and left with no accommodation but only refreshments. Because of the delay we missed a night in the hotel, totally wasted our money !!! “You're not going to believe it!”

Thomas Cook sent us 2 tickets - the 1st was wrong. We arrived at the airport 3 hours early only to be told our flight had departed. Thomas Cook told us they had sent the amended ticket and they denied any responsibility and deserted us at the airport. “Don't waste your time Complaining to Thomas Cook. ”

Try to book a 'deal' online and watch the price rise by the time you get to the payment page. Then waste your life having to call their Premium rate number to be told we couldn't get the same price; as that price was for online bookings only. Even after explaining to the minimum wage drone that it couldn't be booked online you get 'stiffed' into paying the higher price! Then a lousy holiday anyway for all the usual reasons. “Will not Thomas Cook it next time!”

Why tell the customer that you can provide vegan in-flight meal on a Thomas Cook flight and assure the customer that you will, if you are not actually going to provide that as promised? Either simply tell the customer that you only have a vegetarian option to offer but not a vegan, or if you really do provide vegan in-flight meals when requested in advance than do it as promised. “Don't just book it, Thomas Cook it ...”

and experience all the stress and inconvenience you could possibly wish for. In my household, 'Thomas Cooking it' has become a euphemism for making a complete pig's breakfast of things. The only thing this company does efficiently is to extract money. In fact, it is so good at this that it sometimes attempts to do it twice over. “worst travel agency in India”

Worst experience with this company! Never choose it as your travel guide....they don't have stable price list, they keep increasing their prices all along your booking period. On the day of the flight we got know the name of the flight and the departure timing! and then I got to know that they had given the wrong flight details to me...truly i have had the worst experience with this agency. Just returned from a 1 week holiday in Menorca with Thomas Cook. Where to begin...first we arrived at Gatwick airport with plenty of time to spare. food was plentiful to a good standard and catered for all ages. Entertainment for young and old and very good. All the staff were friendly and helpful we had a great time. The adult only balcony with the jacuzi's was bang on. Pools were on the small side a bit deceiving on the photos. interesting to read about your transfer issues we also had big problems with transfers booked through Thomas cook/flexible trips . on recent visit to new York no one had record of our booking and on return they weren't too happy to accept voucher. not what you need after a long flight and that was only small part of there inefficiency so we wont be using them again

We stayed at the Topkapi Palace 27 July-10 August 2013. The hotel was great. Clean, spaciously laid out, plenty of room for sun loungers, meals etc. The water sports were great and very professional. Male staff throughout the hotel are definitely grumpy but then they have to deal with the Russians everyday, which would make me grumpy too.
