“Flight change at last minute”

We arrived at Gatwick South Terminal with plenty of time. After waiting at the check in desk were told we were not booked onto our flight TCX1638 to Hurghada as stated on our ticket. We were asked to stand to the side like two naughty children, and after several frantic phones calls with two different supervisors we were told we were flying with Thomsons and should be at the north terminal. “Fantastic China Trip”

Tour organized by Thomas cook was great. They received us at the airport and took us around in comfortable coaches. The tour guides were very fluent with languages and could communicate well with all of us. The tour was well planned and we explored most of china Japan and Hong Kong. The hotels were beautiful, and they provided me with veg food which I am very grateful for. Great wall of china was breathtaking! Just returned from turkey this is the 2nd time I have flown with thomas cook now and to be honest for what they charge I dont think there very good! Check in going out was smooth enough although it did take quite a while to board and we did take off slightly later than anticipated. Waiting for our luggage to come round was absolutely ridiculous; it took over an hour which is completely unacceptable!!! Coming back was outrageous! “Expensive Cattle Market”

We travelled with Thomas Cook, the route being new to this airline. This was to be a 10hr flight, as the journey outward was via Antigua. On board this flight we presumed the drinks would have been included in the price of the holiday as with Virgin, however we were astonished when the drinks/snacks trolley came round & we were expected to pay the extortionate prices they charge on board!! Booked a holiday to Egypt from the local shop with very helpful staff. When the paperwork was received we were warned that some hotel facilities were not available. However, we were not told of other changes, including some that we had paid extra for that the company knew weren't available even when we paid!! My wife and I picked up this brochure on 19th Jan and were very interested in the Italy & Croatia Explorer deal on page 10. As pensioners we thought this to be a good deal within our finances. “Frustrated and annoyed, I feel like I am being mugged.”

Apart from cancelling one of our bookings completely so that we have had to pay an admin fee to re-instate it, this morning they have informed us that the aircraft that we would have been flying on has changed and as we had pre-booked seats with extra leg room would we like to choose our seats again? “Shameless Airline”

Flew from London to Orlando. Had to pay for a seat, pay for each bag, yes no luggage allowance, pay for a meal and now comes the hammer. They even tried to charge me for a glass of water. No leg room, arm rests could not be raised. I wish I have had read the reviews before I flew. “Couldn't care less! Carnival Ectascy cruise rooms...”

Complained about our recent 5 night Carnival cruise on the Ecstasy to the Bahamas. Our first cruise so we booked the best rooms called Statesroom. Directly above our room was the gym which was used all hours, even when it was supposed to be closed at 8 p.m. Every night we were woken up by Carnival staff using the gym equipment and dropping the weights. travelled using Thomas cook for the first time, travelled to turkey with my mum and brothers we shared luggage's so me and my mum had our big luggage. “Flight times changed to late night flight and bad service”

I booked with Thomas Cook as their flight times fitted my needs. I have now been informed that they have changed the flight times to arrive well after midnight. The flight change notification gave a high cost 0871 number to phone to discus options if you were not happy with the change. I phoned this number and after waiting in a queue for over 15 minutes I was just quoted the T$Cs that allowed a 7 hour flight time change without any compensation or cancellation rights.
